This module looks at how a teacher’s said and unsaid communication impacts the lives of children. Teachers will reflect on their attitude towards teaching and their roles and responsibilities towards parents, children and school management. This is a truly unique preschool educator training that gives the educator practical knowledge required in pedagogical areas on an everyday basis with tools and strategies that teachers can apply in the classroom setting from day one. This workshop gives you an understanding of Phonics. Did you know that there are 26 letters in the English language but there are 44 sounds? This workshop will explore the progression of teaching phonics and will give the educator practical knowledge on how to isolate, identify, segment add substitute and delete phonemes in words. There are over 30 hands on activities that teachers can apply in the classroom setting from day one. This training module is certified by the ECA and every teacher completing the module is eligible for a certificate. Duration -4 hours.
