This is a truly unique preschool educator training that gives the educator practical knowledge required in pedagogical areas on an everyday basis with tools and strategies that teachers can apply in the classroom setting from day one.
‘Training in a box’ is a set of trainings each that literally come in a box. They can be bought individually or as a set. What is unique about the program is that each training workshop can be conducted in the centre using their very own in-house facilitator.
This has been made such that teachers can get great value even by viewing the trainings individually without the facilitator and can be very effective for professional development by using digital tools.

It is easy to use these trainings. They are uploaded on the LMS and once payment is done you will be given access to view and use the trainings. Each school will be given 10 login id’s during the lockdown period so that teachers can view the training at home.
Fifteen certificates and materials required for the training will be provided.

Knowing the big picture of what you are teach changes the perspective and context of how you teach. Based on research of various theorists we will understand how toys and equipment are used as a vital tool to teach children in the early years. Children in preschool are either in the sensory motor stage or in the preoperational stage according to Piaget. They learn by using their senses, experimenting, exploring and moving around. Giving children appropriate material for stimulation and learning is imperative at this stage.
In this workshop we will be able to understand how different kinds of toys help in developing the social, emotional, cognitive, and fine and gross motor skills of the child in addition to developing math, literacy and creative skills in the child. An Early Childhood Association accredited module on understanding the various kinds of toys and equipment used at school along with what they aim to teach.
