- Outcomes of using the curriculum will be: The teacher will get detailed guidelines on what is developmentally appropriate and should be taught to children. A day wise plan will ensure that no learning is missed out That music and art which is in sync with the theme of the month has been incorporated. Description
The Praxis Curriculum which as its name indicates translates theory into practice and is specially designed to create learning environments that are engaging, meaningful and fun.
The Praxis A Senior Kindergarten curriculum (for children aged 5-6 years) focuses on the development of the whole child as an inquirer, both in the classroom and in the world outside. Through engaging with this curriculum, children acquire and learn to apply a set of skills which are valuable not only for the teaching and learning that goes on within classroom but also in life outside the school. Attitudes that contribute to the wellbeing of the individual and of the group as well as towards people, the environment and learning.
This curriculum is detailed and includes a script for the teacher and ensures that there is no gap in teaching instruction and execution.
The curriculum is designed for 180 days and includes daily plans and monthly
timetables which give you a bird's eye view of what will happen in class during the month.
The daily plans include the following…

About the instructor

She is the founder of Edu Learrn Grow . She is associated with some of India’s premier educational institutes as a content and service provider. She is currently the Territory Head of Early Childhood Association Mumbai. A large part of her last 20 years as an educationist, has gone into researching best practices that focus on the development of the whole child as an inquirer, both in the classroom and the world outside. Her wealth of experience includes being a preschool coordinator, franchise head of department, operations head of a large preschool chain and cofounder of Chrysaellect. This experience spans across the landscape of in-classroom teaching to managing large numbers of schools. Her education includes a post graduate diploma in Early Childhood Education from New Zealand Tertiary College. In addition she has various certificate courses to her credit – a few of which are ‘Using Multiple Intelligences as a Tool to Help Students Learn’ from Harvard Graduate School of Education- USA and ‘Understanding Learning Disabilities’ from Arya Vidya Mandir Institute of Special Education
